Members of Greener Orkney are invited to the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Greener Orkney.
Time and date: September 12th 2026, 4:00pm – 6:00pm
Place: Eventide Room, 18 Victoria St, Stromness KW16 3AA
Resolutions to be voted on by members will include the adoption of the Trustees Annual Report, and the election of trustees to the board.
This year, members will also be asked to vote on changes to the constitution of Greener Orkney, to reflect and growth in the organisation’s role.
The formal notice of this AGM and papers including the proposed changes to the constitution will be delivered by email or post to members, in line with Greener Orkney’s current constitution in regard to members’ meetings.
